Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of ChallengeBuddy, all sales are final once access or license keys have been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect setup or misuse

• Failure to pass a prop firm challenge

• User error or misunderstanding of the product

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases where the software is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
