By purchasing or using ChallengeBuddy, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of the Product

ChallengeBuddy is a risk management tool designed to help traders manage trading accounts.

ChallengeBuddy is not a signal service, not a trading strategy, and does not provide investment advice.

No Guarantees

Use of ChallengeBuddy does not guarantee passing a prop firm challenge, profitability, or avoidance of losses. Trading involves risk, and outcomes depend entirely on the user.

License Usage

Each purchase grants two (2) licenses, allowing use on up to two trading accounts.

Additional accounts require additional licenses. License sharing, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for configuring ChallengeBuddy correctly and ensuring it complies with the rules of your broker or prop firm.

Limitation of Liability

ChallengeBuddy shall not be held liable for trading losses, account breaches, missed opportunities, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the software.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of ChallengeBuddy constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
